Gazprom’s Headquarters today hosted a working meeting between Alexey Miller, Gazprom’s Management Committee Chairman and
Dr. Klaus Mangold, Chairman of the Eastern Committee of the German Economy.
The parties went on exchanging opinions on major directions of Russian-German cooperation in the energy sector on the threshold of the Hannover International Industry Fair to be held in April 2005.
The meeting pointed out that Russian and German energy companies would still mainly cooperate based on mutually beneficial partnership covering the entire scope of business from output manufacture to marketing.
Special emphasis fell on cooperation between Russia and Germany when implementing the North-European gas pipeline project.
