Rosseti Centre, PJSC – managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC published a presentation on the companies’ performance results for 12 months of 2023

Based on the results of the disclosure of the audited consolidated financial statements for 2023 according to IFRS, Rosseti Centre, PJSC (ticker – MRKC) – managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC (ticker – MRKP) published a presentation with the companies’ performance results on the corporate website for the specified period and guidance for 2024. The presentation reflects the main financial and production indicators for 2023, as well as forecast parameters of operating and investment activities in accordance with the Business Plans and Investment Programs approved by the companies. The results of the tariff campaign for 2024 and the achievements of the companies in the field of the ESG agenda were also published.

In 2023, the companies continued to increase their production potential through the implementation of the Investment Programs, strengthening the quality and reliability of power supply. The growth in revenue for electricity transmission services at Rosseti Centre, PJSC, with a decrease in net supply, was ensured by the indexation of tariffs for electricity transmission services; at Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC positive changes of net supply and revenue for electricity transmission services were noted. At the end of the year, the market share for electricity transmission, based on the share of the required gross revenue, taking into account the controlled Territorial Grid Companies, amounted to 91% for Rosseti Centre, PJSC and 80.4% for Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC. The increase in connected capacity volumes, coupled with changes in pricing for preferential categories of applicants, had a positive effect on the companies’ performance results. As a result, the market share in the territory of presence for grid connection was 92.7% for Rosseti Centre, PJSC and 92.2% for Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC. An increase in the number of applications for additional services in such areas as the modernization of external lighting, support for grid connection and the implementation of projects for maintenance of power installations ensured an improvement in revenue from other activities.

Under the influence of such factors as an increase in tariffs for electricity transmission services, growth in fees for grid connection for preferential categories of applicants, and strengthened work to improve operational efficiency, it was possible to ensure an increase in EBITDA and the companies’ profits for 2023 compared to the previous year.
