On the 22 of December JSC "Nizhnekamskneftekhim and JSC "Ak Bars" signed an agreement on the long-time cooperation for the period up to year 2004. According to this agreement "Ak Bars" bank will invest 100 million USD in JSC "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" ("Vremya i dengi" newspaper, Kazan, 24.12.99).
