IDGC of the North-West planning to increase their 2015 net profit up to 1.3 bln RUB

Proceeds of IDGC of the North-West (subsidiary company of IDGC of the Russian Grids, JSC) in 2015 are planned to amount to 38.888 mln RUB with those from provision of electric energy transmission services to be 34.043 bln RUB which accounts for 88% of the total proceeds volume.  Growth in proceeds from electric energy transmission services as compared to 2014 is planned to amount to 5% (1.748 mln RUB).  Net profit is expected to make 1.303 mln RUB against the 2014 plan equal to 831 mln RUB.

Dividend payments in 2015 will make 325 mln RUB (118 mln RUB more than in 2014). Per share yield in 2015 will increase more than 1.5 times.

EBITDA will make 7.873 bln RUB against the 2014 planned performance (6.469 bln RUB).

The planned amount of proceeds from consumer technological connection services in 2015 will also increase to be 1.483 mln RUB. The expected execution of the 2014 business plan presupposes receiving proceeds from the above type of activities in a total amount of 826 mln RUB.
The considerable growth of proceeds in 2015 is due to technological connection of a major applicant -  Lukoil Komi LLC, the connection cost being 673 mln RUB and total capacity - 60 MW.

Supply of into the grid is planned to be approximately 39,124 bln kWh with expected supply from the grid amounting to 36,631 bln kWh. Following the outcome of the next year, IDGC of the North-West plans to decrease electric energy losses down to 6.37%. The 2014 approved total volume of electric energy loss is 6.42%.
