Today, in the course of a working meeting Mr. Alexey Miller, CMC, has informed the members of the Management Committee and senior corporate management personnel present of Mr. Boris Yurlov’s, Deputy CMC, resigning.

Mr. Andrey Kruglov is named Acting Deputy CMC. Mr. A. Kruglov will be charged with the corporate financial strategy business simultaneously holding the post of the Finance and Economics Department Head.

Alexey Miller highly appreciated Mr. B. Yurlov’s contribution to Gazprom’s development saying that Boris Dmitrievich is an efficient financier knowing loan attraction mechanisms and having vast experience working under market environment. Mr. B. Yurlov was invited to work for the Government, so his capabilities will be welcomed immensely.

Kruglov’s appointment to the post of Deputy CMC in charge of finance management, who is heading now the Finance and Economics Department, will be the best decision in the management reshuffling. The appointee’s experience will be helpful in the fulfillment of new and more ambitious corporate tasks set, - Mr. A. Miler noted.
