Central Telegraph opened new sales office in Balashikha

Central telegraph announced opening of a new sales office in the Local Service Provision Center in the town of Balashikha (Moscow Region). The new office is located at the address: 9, Zhivopisnaya ul., Balashikha. In this office anyone can get information about services provided by Central Telegraph to individual and corporate customers in the Moscow region and sign contracts for the provision of these services. Also, in the office there are an Internet cafe and telephone booths where people can enjoy Internet services and call to other cities or countries with a Centel prepaid card for domestic and international.

Central Telegraph prepared a gift to the residents of Balashikha: those individual customers who buys telephone numbers with "498" area code from March 22 till April 24 will not pay subscriber fees for telephone communication.

Central Telegraph started provision of telephone numbers with "498" area code to the residents of the Moscow region in December 2003. These numbers as well as direct Moscow numbers consist of seven digits, however, their regional code is not "095" as for Moscow numbers but "498". If one wants to make a call from a number with "498" area code, it is necessary to dial "8" first and then a three-digit code of a region and a called number.

Payment for connection of a telephone with "498" area code is 9000 rubles. Incoming calls for subscribers of all rate plans and calls within the network of JSC Central Telegraph are free of charge. Calls within one town are accounted as local.

For individual customers the company elaborated three rate plans. Monthly subscriber fee for "Centel 498 Home Practical" is 100 rubles; it includes the charge for 300 minutes of local outgoing calls. The rate for further local outgoing calls is 25 kopecks per minute. Monthly subscriber fee for the second rate plan "Centel 498 Home Unlimited" is 250 rubles. This plan allows to make telephone calls to the numbers with area codes "095" (in Moscow and Moscow region), "498" and "499" without any limitations. Subscriber fee for the third rate plan "Centel 498 Home Time" is 50 rubles a month. Per minute rate for local outgoing calls in this case is 25 kopecks a minute and starts from the first minute.

For corporate customers there are also three rate plans. Monthly subscriber fee for "Centel 498 Business Practical" is 360 Rubles. It includes the charge for 600 minutes of local outgoing calls. The rate for further local outgoing calls is 25 kopecks per minute. Monthly subscriber fee for the second rate plan "Centel 498 Business Unlimited" is 420 rubles. This plan allows to make telephone calls to the numbers with area codes "095", "498" and "499" without any limitations. Subscriber fee for the third rate plan "Centel 498 Business Time" is 210 rubles a month. Per minute rate for local outgoing calls in this case is 25 kopecks a minute and starts from the first minute.

Central Telegraph works in the Moscow region since 2001; it provides the residents with a full set of modern telecommunication services on the basis of its fiber-optic transport network known as Centel.
