On 5^th March 2004 the OJSC North-West Telecom Board of Directors considered proposals submitted from shareholders on nomination the candidates to Board of Directors and Auditing Committee of the Company to be elected at the annual general meeting of shareholders. The Board of Directors passed   resolutions:  

I. To include the following candidates in the list of candidatures to be elected to the Company’s Board of Directors at the 2004 annual general meeting of the shareholders :
