To Extend Life of OKA Passenger Car

This is the aim of the two projects that are currently under development at the Small Passenger Car Plant, which is the subsidiary of KAMAZ Inc.

The first project is targeted at introduction of OKA-2 - VAZ1121, and the second one - at modernization of VAZ-1113M car, which is powered with an Euro-2, 1.1 liter capacity engine built by Melitopol Engine plant. Both projects are of medium-term perspectives, however, by the end of March it is planned to complete marketing surveys. Thus, there is a kind of tender, which is taking place at the test stage already. Upon test results there will be singled out the most profitable project that will be recommended for realization.

KAMAZ Inc.

has obtained certificates for ????Z-820.52–260, ????Z-820.53–260, and ????Z-820.20–200 gas engines.
