Pre-time voting at elections of President of Russian Federation was held on FESCO vessels on Sunday, February 28th. Seamen of 25 vessels exercised their voting power and did civic duty – 100% of crewmembers voted.

Seamen voting mechanism in the voyage is specific. The polling places were organized on the vessels. Crews actively voting and they had no any admonitions concerning organization and voting. As statistics shows, seamen are the one of the most conscientious among the Russian electorate, so the voting went smooth.

A special order was issued by “FESCO” PLC organization of voting for the President of Russian Federation. According to it the polling places were organized on the vessels and the seamen may vote in shifts. All crews will take part in voting for the President till March 14th.
