Arthur Malyarenko is appointed the director of UTK regional branch “Volgogradelectrosvyaz” according to the Order of the General director of "UTK" PJSC of 3.12.2004.

Arthur Malyarenko was born in 1967 in the town of Novokuznetsk of the Kemerovo region. In 1992 he graduated from the Volgograd polytechnic institute with a diploma of mechanical engineer, later he also passed training in marketing and management there.

In 2002 he graduated from the Volgograd public service academy with a diploma of a financier and credit manager.

He has been working in the branch “Volgogradelectrosvyaz” since 1996. From November, 2002 he had held a post of the deputy director for economic and financial policy. From June 2004 he had been acting as the director of the regional branch “Volgogradelectrosvyaz”.
