Khanty-Mansiysk. At a meeting on Wednesday the Supervisory Board of UTair Aviation JSC made a decision to hold an open tender to choose an audit firm for the compulsory annual audit of the Company for 2004

The tender commission, consisting of 10 people with voting rights, including representatives of the Finance Ministry of Russia, the Department of State Property of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area, the Transport Ministry of Russia, the Professional Association of Auditors, accredited by the Finance Ministry, the Department of Property and Land Relations of the city of Surgut, as well as the UTair airline, will be formed soon.

Information about the tender for auditors will be published in the “Ekonomika i Zhizn” and “Novosti Yugry” newspapers.

Additionally, the Supervisory Board has reviewed proposals of shareholders on candidates for seats in managerial and control bodies of the Company.

Representatives of the main groups of shareholders have been included on the list of candidates for seats in the Supervisory Board.
