2003 revenues from value-added services have made RUR 539.9 mln. Revenues from rendering Internet services rose by 36%, ISDN-services – by 181%. Growth rates of revenues from value-added services were the highest in “Rostovelectrosvyaz” (up 150%), “Volgogradelectrosvyaz” (up 119%), “Sevosetinelectrosvyaz” (up 106%), CNT (up 84%), “Electrosvyaz” of Stavropol Territory" (up 72%).

In 2003 "UTK" PJSC    continued to modernize its data network (SPD). 153 data network nodes were upgraded, 40 new data network nodes were put into service, 8027 dial-up ports, 1412 ADSL ports and 2275 assigned ports for Internet access were put into operation. 85% of all ADSL ports, 86% of assigned ports and 86% of dial-up ports were put into service in the territory of Krasnodar krai, Stavropol krai, Rostov region and Volgograd region in 2003.

In 2004 "UTK" PJSC    plans to extend its data network: 87 data network nodes are to be modernized, 56 new data network nodes are to be put into service, 2794 dial-up ports, 5306 ADSL ports and 898 assigned ports for Internet access are to be put into operation. "Southern Telecommunications Company" PJSC plans to build nodes of dial-up ports for Internet access in all its licensed territory especially in Stavropol krai,  Astrakhan Region, Volgograd region and Karachaevo-Cherkessian Republic.

"UTK" PJSC especially its branch “Kubanelectrosvyaz”, successfully provides ISDN services to its customers. In 2003 number of ISDN subscribers in Krasnodar krai rose by 824  to 1691 subscribers. First ISDN subscribers were connected in the branch “Karachaevo-Cherkesskelectrosvyaz”.

In order to centralize payments  "Southern Telecommunications Company" PJSC  concluded the common Agreement with JSC “RTKComm.Ru” on providing Internet access services in all "UTK" PJSC  branches. At present the Company  plans to conclude inter-operator Agreement with JSC “RTKComm.Ru” including provision of VPN services.

In the nearest future "UTK" PJSC    plans to develop cable TV in Krasnodar and Stavropol. Transport resources of data networks of “Kubanelectrosvyaz” and “Electrosvyaz” of Stavropol Territory" are quite sufficient for successful realization of this project.

Test operation of broadband access equipment Nortel Networks Shasta 5000 is coming to the end in "UTK" PJSC branch "CNT". This equipment will serve the platform for providing VPN services, traffic security, web-filtration, access control and other. A series of new services can be introduced such as outsourcing, CRM-solution, processing of customers' requests through Internet, information on tickets and products, conducting information and advertising campaigns, polling and voting resulting in formation of packet of services for customers, etc.
