On December 13-17, AO MOSENERGO’s delegation visited the head office and production facilities of Alfa Laval.

During the visit, Alfa Laval presented to AO MOSENERGO’s delegation the whole range of power equipment that is produced by the Swedish company. AO MOSENERGO’s specialists got acquainted with new technical developments and specific features of Alfa Laval ’s operations. The representatives of the Moscow company also held negotiations with the management of the power division of Alfa Laval. At negotiations, both parties reviewed opportunities and development perspectives for future cooperation between the two companies.

After the negotiations, the parties confirmed that AO MOSENERGO and Alfa Laval have high potential for expanding the bilateral cooperation in the area of the equipment modernization and implementation of new technologies. «In our view, the results of the visit were highly positive,» said Dmitry Trofimov, head of external economic relations of AO MOSENERGO. «We hope that our ties with Swedish partners will become a basis for closer business cooperation.»

Alfa Laval was established in 1883. For more than half of the century, the company has been producing industrial power equipment. As of today, Alfa Laval is a recognized world producer of heat exchangers and separators. AO MOSENERGO is well acquainted with Alfa Laval’s equipment as CHP-22, CHP-27 and GES-1 use power units that were supplied by its subsidiary – OAO Alfa Laval Potok.
