JSC "IDGC North-West" is planning a first assessment of the Board of Directors for the 2010 corporate year. The proposal was worked out in the company and issued at the next Board of Directors.
Board of Directors of  IDGC North-West  approved a collective assessment of the effectiveness of its activities for 2010 and 2011and adopted the Rules of Procedure of evaluation. The decision to implement the practice of individual assessment of the members of the Board of Directors will be made after discussion of the analysis of collective evaluation.
