Inspection audit of the quality management system was conducted in Mordovenergo branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti, PJSC). The leading auditors of “Russian Register” Certification Association (St. Petersburg) estimated the level of compliance of the management system applied at the enterprise with the requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2015.

In the course of the audit the auditors examined the management system documentation, had conversations with the senior officers and the enterprise specialists in subdivisions. The in-house documents regulating the activities of the branch and personnel as well as the documented information containing performance results of the subdivisions were analyzed.

ISO 9001:2015 presents a new version of the standard as an integral part of any entity’s activities to achieve sustainable development and proposes it as a tool for improvement of the overall performance results.

 Following the audit results, the quality management system of Mordovenergo branch is recognized as conforming to the standards ISO 9001:2015 and GOST R ISO 9001:2015 requirements regarding operations management when performing works and services on: transmission of electrical energy; operating and process management; technological connection to power grids of the power receivers (power plants) of the legal entities and individuals. Certificates of conformity valid for three years have been issued to the enterprise.
