Moscow, October 8 2004. On October 5 - 6 VIP sales section of CenterTelecom Clients Service Department held "Working with VIP clients" seminar at the educational center of CenterTelecom Moscow branch in Pushkino. Specialists of all of the company’s seventeen branches took part in the seminar.

The seminar’s main objective was to shape the precise understanding and uniform approach to the Current Procedure of Treating CenterTelecom VIP Clients with all relevant personnel. During the seminar the practical aspects of working with VIPs were explicated and the order of reporting has been generalized. The participants discussed all issues concerning the approaches and principles of treating VIP clients and have exchanged their experiences.

In his address to the seminar participants CenterTelecom Clients Service Department Director Sergey Nazarov stressed the significance of working with VIP clients, pointed out a number of issues typical for this activity and also expressed his confidence that this promising activity will actively develop in each company branch.

The Deputy Head of services sales section of Svyazinvest Services Marketing and Sales Department Dmitry Andriyanov also took part in the seminar. During two days he answered the numerous questions of CenterTelecom employees and shared relevant experiences from other inter-regional companies of the holding.
