JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that the Company's Board of Directors held a meeting in absentia on March 16, 2015. *** The Board of Directors increased the number of RusHydro’s Management Board members from 5 to 6 effective March 16, 2015, and appointed Sergey Kirov, Deputy General Director responsible for economics, investments and procurements, to a position of a member of the Company’s Management Board. The increase in the number of the Management Board members is aimed to enhance the financial and economic unit of RusHydro in the current unfavorable economic conditions. The Board of Directors also approved combining positions of the Management Board member of RusHydro by Sergey Kirov and the member of the Board of Directors of the following companies: § CJSC Verkhne-Narynskie HPPs; § JSC Vedeneev VNIIG; § JSC Geoterm; § JSC Hydroremont-VKK; § JSC Zaramagskie HPPs; § JSC Institute Hydroproject; § JSC Kolymaenergo; § JSC Krasnoyarskenergosbyt; § CJSC Malaya Dmitrovka; § CJSC MEK; § JSC Mosoblhydroproject; § JSC NIIES; § JSC RAO ES of the East; § JSC RESK; § JSC RusHydro MC (UK Gidroogk); § JSC SC SSHPP; § JSC Chuvash energy retail company; § ENEX LLC; § JSC ESC RusHydro; § Energy retail company of Bashkortostan LLC. Sergey Kirov was born in 1976. In 1998, he graduated from the Perm State Agricultural Academy majoring in Economics. He has over 16-year experience in power sector. Sergey Kirov joined RusHydro in 2010, and till October 2014, he held a position of Director for economics. In October 2014, he was appointed Deputy General Director responsible for economics, investments and procurements of RusHydro. *** The information on other decisions of the Board will be disclosed in compliance with regulatory requirements.
