Khanty-Mansiysk – UTair Aviation increased its passenger turnover by 17 percent to 1, 066, 712, 000 passenger-kilometers in January - June 2004 compared to the corresponding period in 2003.

UTair continue to improve the main results of its commercial operations in the reported period. In particular, the company’s passenger traffic increased by 9.3 percent to 633, 884 people.

In first half year 2004 commercial transport flights (planes) reached 34, 088 hours, 15.9 percent more than in the corresponding period 2003.

UTair transport commercial flights (helicopters) exceeded the figure for previous year by 8.7 percent reached 19, 174 hours.
