Such rate  of modernization of  power grid assets in the Vologda region, which is  possible due to switching to the RAB-based tariff regulation, will provide an annual growth of gross regional product at a level of three percent.

These figures were announced today by general director of  “Holding IDGC” Nikolai Shvets, during the briefing, dedicated to the  signing of Agreement between "Holding IDGC" and the Government of the Vologda region.

Alexander Kuhmay, General director of “IDGC North-West” participated in the signing ceremony.

Nikolai Shvets thanked the government of Vologda region for constructive and beneficial decisions concerning long-term tariff regulations and switching to the RAB-based system. 
Implementation of long-term investment program of "Vologdaenergo” will give the possibility to upgrade the grid complex.

However, the agreements have been reached by the parties will provide the growth in gross regional product. According to preliminary estimates, it could be three percent annually.
