Moscow, June 29, 2004 – CenterTelecom (RTS: ESMO, ESMOP; OTC: CRMUY), announced state registration of prospectus for series 04 bond issue.
On June 29, simultaneously with state registration of securities issue, Federal Financial Markets Service registered prospectus for the securities.
Information on state registration of securities issue:
Kind, category (type), series and other identification characteristics of securities: interest-bearing documentary inconvertible bonds to bearer, series 04 with obligatory central storage.
Number of securities placed and face value of each security placed: 7 000 000 (seven million) shares with face value RUR 1,000 (one thousand) each.
Volume of emission of securities with nominal value: RUR 7 000 000 000.
Mode of securities placement: public offering.
Opening date of maturity: the date of maturity is 1830th (one thousand eight hundred thirtieth) day from the date of beginning of bonds placement.
Closing date of maturity: closing date of maturity coincides with opening date of maturity.
