Gazprom’s Headquarters hosted today a working meeting between Alexey Miller, Gazprom’s Management Committee Chairman and Saif al-Islam Kadhafi, President of the Kadhafi Foundation (the Great Socialist People’s Libyan Arab Jamahiria).

The parties debated prospects of bilateral cooperation in oil and gas fields development in Libya and other African countries and underscored mutual interest in concluding long-term contracts.

At present, Zarubezhneftegaz is involved on behalf of Gazprom in the talks with the NOC Libyan National Oil and Gas Company on the implementation of joint projects in the Libyan energy sector.
