containing a plan of a PR campaign against RAO "UES of Russia". Although we have a reasonable guess of who this plan has been ordered by and who is to carry it out, we cannot name them for obvious reasons, primarily of a legal nature.

At the same time, analysis of recent publications in some central and regional printed media makes it possible to conclude that such a campaign has already been launched in Russia. We believe you will easily determine in whose interests the campaign is being carried out.
