Mr. Alexander Ivanovich Kirillov is appointed as the 1-st deputy to the General Director (technical director) of OJSC “VolgaTelecom”. Earlier he was deputy to the General Director of OJSC “VolgaTelecom” – director of the branch in the republic of Maryi El. Now Mr. Alexander Kirillov is responsible for the solution of issues relating to technical policy of inter-regional company.

Academician of International academy of communication, holder of titles of honor “Master of communication of Russian federation”, “Honored communication man of the republic of Maryi El”, Mr. Alexander Ivanovich Kirillov was borne in 1956, he has higher technical education. Since 1980 he worked in Republic’s radio-TV broadcasting center, there he made his way from the post of average wire-man to the post of the chief of radio-TV broadcasting center. In 1989 he was appointed as the chief of production-technical department of communication of Maryi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, in 1991 he was the chief of State Enterprise of Communication and Informatics “Rossviyazinform” of MASSR, and in 1993 he was elected as the General Director of OJSC “Martelcom”. In connection with reorganization of OJSC “Martelcom” in the form of affiliation to OJSC “VolgaTelecom” in December 2002 he was appointed as deputy to the General Director of OJSC “VolgaTelecom” – director of the branch in the Republic of Maryi El. In 1999 Mr. Kirillov’s services were marked by diploma “Stability and development” of the VI-th All-Russia’s contest “Individual and career”.

The issue of releasing Mr. Alexander Kirillov from the office of deputy to the General Director – director of the branch in the Republic of Maryi El was considered by the committee for personnel and remunerations of the Board of directors of OJSC “VolgaTelecom”, after that it was discussed at a session of the Board of directors and it made appropriate decision. Then, by the order of the General Director Mr. Alexander Kirillov was redeployed to the post of 1-st deputy to the General Director (technical director), having replaced Mr. Alexander Arakcheev who had left OJSC “VolgaTelecom” on account of retirement.
