Pursuant to the Resolution of UTK Board of Directors, 14 May 2004 was set the date of making a list of shareholders entitled to participate in the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting (to be held on 30 June, 2003) and to receive 2003 dividend (cut-off date).

"UTK" PJSC discloses annually information on the holders owning over 1% of the Company's authorized capital (including nominees) and publishes quarterly a list of registered persons whose holding in the Company's authorized capital exceeds 1%.
