To 2015 is planned to put into operation 325 MVA transformer capacity and reconstruction of over 500 km of overhead transmission lines of different voltage class.
In 2011, “ Pskovenergo”  starts the long-term investment program for the period until 2015.

The program, approved by the administration of the Pskov region, includes the construction of new power facilities, as well as technical upgrading and renovation of existing networks, taking into account the growing needs of the region and the interests of potential investors.

Thus, already in 2011 is scheduled to start the construction of a new substation 110/10 kV “Stupnikovo” in the Pskov region to supply the electricity to the industrial park.

In the period from 2013 to 2015, it is planned to build another substation 110/10 kV “Moglino”, to supply power to industrial park in Moglino

Also, the investment program of “Pskovenergo " includes  the construction and reconstruction of electric networks in ,practically, all areas of the region.

As a part of the investment program is also planned to restore the ownerless networks. Total financing of long-term investment program of "Pskovenergo" till 2015 will be about 7.5 billion rubles.
