Moscow, July 14 2004. Mr.Serguey B. Krylov is appointed Head of the Sistema JSFC International Relation Office. Prior to this appointment Ambassador Krylov held different relevant positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

Commenting on the new assignment of Mr.Krylov the Head of the Sistema JSFC External Relations Complex Mr.Andrey Lapshov stated: «International communications are very important for Sistema today. We are very pleased to rely on a very efficient Russian diplomat in managing Sistema’s international relations”.

Mr. Sergey B. KRYLOV was born on October, 26, 1949 in Moscow. In1971 he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) specializing in international economic relations. 1971 he joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Soviet Union with different assignments in Zaire, Portugal, Switzerland and Germany. 1992 appointed Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, 1993-1997 - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, 1997 - Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation at the U.N. European Branch in Geneva, 1997-2004 - the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Germany.
