The Moscow Kremlin Patriarchal Palace held a solemn ceremony of awarding winners of the “Persona of the year” national prize. The primary objective of the project sponsored by “RosBusinessConsulting” RIA is to attract the attention to personalities having much influence on the country's life, to contribute to achieving accord and common understanding among the society, business and state. That is why among the winners are businessmen and scientists, cultural workers and top-managers, financiers and politicians – only the very best selected without bias by an independent advisory panel. The “Persona of the year” prize nominations are split into two domains: social & political and business-related.

Vladimir Busygin, General Director of Nizhnekamskneftekhim Inc, won the prize in the nomination “Manager of a socially important company” for a successful implementation of social programs.
