On February 26, 2004 the IRKUT Corporation hosted a press-tour attended by representatives of leading Russian and foreign mass media (Vedomosti, Prime-tass, Ren-TV, Financial Times, Reuters, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, La Tribune, France Press, The New York Times and others). During the tour IRKUT briefed journalists on production facilities of the Irkutsk Aviation Plant, corporate products including military and civil aircraft, as well as development strategy and financial results for the last year.
