Verkhnaya Salda Metallurgical Production Association (VSMPO) hereby notifies that, in view of considerable increase in the manufacturing costs throughout 2003-2004 due to the upturn in raw material and transportation costs, energy and wage rates, selling prices of ingots and all titanium alloy mill products shall be increased by 10% starting from February 10th 2004.

This price increase does not apply to the already concluded contracts and agreements, including Long Term Agreements.
