The new Department will be headed by former director of Leningradsky Metallichesky Zavod (LMZ) Mr. Viktor Shevchenko. Deputy Director of Leningradsky Metallichesky Zavod Mr. Igor Sorochan became the new Director of LMZ.

The creation of the new Department is a part of the merger process between Power machines and the United Heavy Machinery (OMZ) announced on December 2003. A major task of the Industry Integration Department is to coordinate the integration of the companies’ industrial assets, as well as to provide for cooperation between «Power machines» and OMZ facilities during the merger.
