Comments:

Commenting upon the enterprise performance results, Production Director of  "Severstal" Mr. A.V. Pogozhev said that in January the monthly production plan for saleable rolled product was fulfilled with 46 thousand tons surplus production as compared to January, 2003.

According to Production Director "if market situation is favorable, especially in the domestic market, the company plans to increase production of rolled stock by 3-4%. This growth is expected using internal reserves particularly due to increased productivity on all process conversion stages of the company".
