The Strategy and Development Committee recommended to the Board of Directors of the Company to approve the corrected business plan.

IDGC of North-West corrected the RAS net profit forecast form RUR 34.696 million to 77.517 million by the report of the Company.

According to the message the Strategy and Development Committee under the Board of Directors of IDGC of North-West recommended to the Board of Directors to approve the corrected business plan for 2009 in accordance with which the net profit was planned in the amount of RUR 77.517 million.

At the beginning, IDGC  planned to acquire in 2009 RAS net profit in the amount of RUR 34.696 million versus RUR 598.241  million by the results of 2008.

According to the corrected business plan the proceeds of 2009 is forecasted in the amount of RUR 25.015465 billion (earlier it was as planned in the amount of RUR 25.41245 billion). Also the Strategy and Development Committee recommended to the Board of Directors to approve the corrected investment program for 2009 in the amount of RUR 2.607629 billion (earlier – RUR 2.26053 billion).
