Mr. Igor Vier, acting as Director for information technologies of Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works Open Joint Stock Company joint the 100 iTop Russian CIO (Chif Information Officers).
   It was an addendum Kommersant’-iOne and electronic media iOne who compiled the second professional rating. Following the results of the preliminary selection there were 137 nominees chosen. Representatives of the recruiting and consulting companies in Russia as well as the winners of the previous 100 iTop Russian CIO rating assisted in making an expert appraisal of the nominees list. The winners were determined according to the total number of points granted by the expert and the personal appraisal of iOne.
   It was Mr. Sergei Fedorov, the Director for personnel, social programs and information technologies of AZ Ural» and Mr. Pavel Belkin, IT Director of Metran industrial group who also represented Chelyabinsk Province in the contest. Both of them joint the list of the winners.
