According to a request of TGC-1 JSC RTS Stock Exchange will remove ordinary shares of Company from RTS list “B” to non-listed securities since April 30, 2011. Movement concerns with a decrease of TGC-1 shares trading volume average per month. So as average monthly trading volume for the last 6 month to March 31, 2011 was 1,7 mln rub. The same characteristic for the 6 months on MICEX exceeded 544 mln rub. TGC-1 JSC shares have first level quotation in list “A” on MICEX. «TGC-1 JSC shares trading volume on MICEX identifies company’s security market position adequately. Nowadays taking into consideration plans of merging RTS and MICEX stock exchanges, we find quite sufficient TGC-1 shares’ liquidity level on RTS as non-listed securities» - commented Olga Solomina TGC-1 corporate governance department manager.
