General Director of TGC-9 Andrey Makarov handed over the Certificate of readiness to Technical Director – Chief Engineer of the Production Direction – Yuri Tseshkovsky.

During a month the commission, consisting of representatives of the direction of reliability, industruial security and labour protection of TGC-9, Territorial Center of regional agency of “Sevzapenergotechnadzor”, Siktivkar department of technological control of Pechora interregional direction of Rostechnadzor inspected branches of TGC-9 that are situated on the territory of Komi Republic. The first companies that received the certificate of readiness were the branches of TGC-9 “Vorkutinskaya HPP-1” and “Intinskaya HPP”. The following branches confirmed readiness for work in winter conditions: “Vorkutinskaya HPP-2”, ‘Siktivkar Heat Networks”, “Ukhtinskie Heat Networks” and “Sosnogorskaya HPP”.

Certificate of readiness is a document that confirms the readiness of branches for work in winter period. The commission inspected the stations and networks on the running order of the equipment, availability of engineering data, qualification of personnel of the stations, standard stores of fuel.

Preparatory works of the repairing campaign for the coming heating season of 2006/2007 for getting the certificate of readiness started in April. They have worked out the program of repairs, made out schedules, determined the work content, made calculations of necessary costs according to the policy approved by RAO “UES of Russia”.

In summer they carried out preventive and diagnostic arrangements – warming of industrial objects, examination of fire security, isolation of pipes with the foamed polyurethane cover with the purpose of reducing of losses of warmth. In the branch “Siktivkar Heat Networks” they have carried out the inventory of networks with use of the diagnostic system “Vektor”. It allows not only to determine the place of the drain, but also to determine the characteristics of the pipe without break of run. The branch of TGC-9 “Ukhtinskie heat networks” introduced Zulu system that allows to analyze the work of the network on line, isolate drains on the repair sections and to avoid excess cutoff of consumers.

Altogether for 2006 they have planned more than 500 million RUR for the repairing program in the budget. Permanent assets of the investment program were given for the construction of sections 3 and 4 of a new ash and chark refuse disposal of Vorkutinskaya HPP-2, reconstruction of cooling tower 1 of Sosnogorskaya HPP, installation of storage tanks and construction of pump GWS at Intinskaya HPP, reconstruction of the system of gas supply and change of fuel-oil tanks in Ukhtinskie heat networks. Altogether they have given 228 million RUR for execution of the investment program.

The commission confirmed readiness of the branches of TGC-9 that are situated on the territory of Komi Republic, for work in autumn-winter period.
