On 22 November 2004, RUSAL paid the third coupon on its second rouble bond issue.

Coupon on each bond with par value of 1,000 roubles equalled 48.39 roubles. Overall coupon payment totalled 241,950,000 roubles.

Citibank acts as paying agent.
