Moscow. 19 November 2004. At its regular meeting held today, the Appraisal Committee under the Board of Directors of OAO RAO "UES of Russia" decided to accredit ZAO "PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit" to determine the market value the business and/or assets of the Parent Company and SDCs of RAO "UES of Russia". The decision was taken in view of the extensive expertise in appraisal activities and the excellent international reputation enjoyed by the firm.
