Rating of 50 largest projects on the size of investment, launching of which is planned in 2007-2008, in Uralo-Zapadnosibirsky region was published by the magazine “Expert-Urals”.

The status of the most important in the Urals and in Western Sibiria belongs to two investment projects of TGC-9: construction of Novo-Bogoslovskaya HPP (the 4^th place in the rating) and reconstruction of Novo-Sverdlovskaya HPP (36 place).

Novo-Bogoslovskaya HPP is planned to be constructed for provision of needs in electric and heat power of the problem Serovo-Bogoslovsky energy center in Sverdlovsk region. According to the project electric power of the station must be 1050 megawatt, heat power – 1020 Gkal/hour. The cost of construction of Novo-Bogoslovskaya HPP is estimated in 35 billion RUR, the erection of the station will begin in the third quarter of 2007 and will last for three years.

During reconstruction of Novo-Sverdlovskaya HPP they plan to introduce at the station extra 110 megawatt of electric power, the size of investment that is necessary for realization of the project is estimated as 4,5 billion RUR.

Altogether by 2010 Territorial Generating Company No.9 plans to introduce 1,9 thousand megawatt of electric power and 2,1 thousand Gkal/hour of heat power, approximate cost of the investment program of the company is estimated as 62,6 billion RUR. Among the priority-driven investment projects of TGC-9, together with erection of Novo-Bogoslovskaya HPP, construction of Novo-Bereznikovskaya HPP with the electric power of 418 megawatt on Perm Territory and also reconstruction of Permskaya HPP-6 and Permskaya HPP-9.
