Gazprom’s Delegation continues business trip to Far East Federal District

Gazprom’s delegation continues its business trip to the Far East Federal District.

Gazprom’s experts paid a visit to the Oktyabrskoye-Khabarovsk section of the Sakhalin-Komsomolsk-Khabarovsk gas main undergoing construction and familiarized themselves with the progress in the construction works and technological process.

On arriving in the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Gazprom’s delegation visited the GRS-1 gas distribution station and Shop N5 of the Oil and Gas Mains Division with the Rosneft-Sakhalinmorneftegaz company as well as examined gas infrastructure and production facilities of a Khabarovskkraigaz affiliate.

The city of Khabarovsk hosted a meeting between Gazprom’s delegation’s leaders and Vladimir Popov, Acting Governor of the Khabarovsk Area. The meeting summed up the results of Gazprom’s delegation’s activities in the Khabarovsk Area and reviewed issues of interaction within a Cooperation Agreement signed between Gazprom and the regional authorities. Special emphasis was laid upon the construction of the 1st line of the Sakhalin-Komsomolsk-Khabarovsk gas transmission network, its further development towards the city of Vladivostok, gas supplies to the Khabarovsk Area and potential expansion of gas chemical production.

Gazprom’s delegation will continue its trip to the Sakhalin Island.
