The Kommersant newspaper and the Association of Managers of Russia   have published a rating of 1000 most professional managers of Russia.

Vladimir Alexandrovich Akulich, General Manager of OJSC North-West Telecom, has been rated among the most professional top managers (the "Communication and Telecommunications" Group); and Lidiya Nikolayevna Bok, Head of the Human Resources Policy and Organizational Development Department   of the General Directorate, has been rated among the most professional personnel managers (the "Communication and Telecommunications" Group).

The joint project of the Association of Managers of Russia and the Kommersant Publishing House has been published since 2001. This year the bulk of the expert board of the rating has been represented by managers and functional directors of Russian companies participating in the rating.    Besides, the experts included representatives of nonprofit business associations and unions from different industries and regions. All in all, over 400 experts took part in forming the rating. The participant s of the rating have been grouped according to the industry principle on the basis of the industry classifier of the Association of Managers, which includes 16 industrial groups.  

The "Russian Managers' TOP-1000" Rating of the Association of Managers is a tool for   object ive evaluation of the professional reputation of the leading Russia's top managers, it sums up the results of the work for a year and reveals the most professional managers of Russia and leaders in their branches and functional fields.
