"Arkhenergo" will spend 23 million rubles for construction of complex for elimination of oil pollution at the Mezenskaya diesel electro station (DES). It will prevent the penetration of hydrocarbons in soil and water. The contractor, company "Stroiservice"  will start the operations in September 2011, date of completion - December 2011
