Moscow, July 19, 2005.  Sibneft will open a nationwide 24-hour hotline for its network of retail service stations tomorrow, July 20.  From anywhere in Russia, customers will be able to call the company toll free on:

This phone number gives customers access to reliable representatives of Sibneft’s regional retail divisions, who are ready to answer questions and respond to complaints. Hotline operators will be able to tell callers the location of the nearest Sibneft service station, the types of fuel and services available, and also the locations of important landmarks such as the nearest hospital or traffic police station.

Sibneft’s head office, regional affiliates, service stations, and hotline operators have been developing and testing this system for over a year.  The hotline is part of a broader program to create a unified standard of service at each of Sibneft’s branded retail stations throughout Russia.
