Assessment actions are held in conformity with the Order of RAO UES of Russia and UES FGC about appraisal of heads of the companies of the distribution grid complex. The purpose of this measure is maintenance of efficiency of management teams and formation of the personnel reserve of the distribution grid complex companies.
Top managers of DGC will pass tests and industrial tasks, and also so-called "360 degrees evaluation". Its essence is that the employee is assessed not only directly by its head, but also his business associates; the method of self-appraisal is also used.
Similar estimation procedure will also be applied to general directors of IDGC of the North-West, their deputies, and also employees of the companies recommended for inclusion in the personnel reserve to the positions of top-managers.
