IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group of Companies) held the Doors Open Day for suppliers and potential participants of procurement procedures. Representatives of the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), Support of Russia and Delovaya Rossiya public organizations, MSP Corporation, JSC were present at the meeting with power engineers, devoted to procurement activities issues. Dmitry Zaretsky, Deputy General Director of IDGC of Volga, PJSC, told the audience about the progress of implementation of RF Government decision as of December 11, 2014 No. 1352 "On special aspects of participation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the procurement of goods, works and services by certain types of legal entities". The company approved the Partnership Program between IDGC of Volga, PJSC and SME entities, as well as a list of goods, works and services purchased from them. Also, in IDGC of Volga, PJSC, there is a deliberative body and the Regulations for the deliberative body on procurement efficiency, conducted by IDGC of Volga, PJSC, including those of SMEs. The Partnership Program allowed to increase the proportion of purchases and direct purchases from SME entities. The share of procurement of innovative and high-tech products, research, development and technological work in the total annual volume of public procurement has also increased. In 2016, as required by the road map, the share of total purchases from SMEs in the total annual purchases of customers was over 64%, the share of direct purchases — more than 35%, purchases in electronic form in the total annual purchases of customers in open competitive tenders exceeded 99%. To date, 45 companies from 16 regions of Russia have joined the Partnership Program of IDGC of Volga.
