International rating Agency Moody’s Investors Service has changed prognosis on Baa3 senior credit rating of Transneft JSC from “stable” into “positive”; on Ba1 senior issuer rating from “stable” into “positive”.
Changing of prognosis on Transneft’s rating occurred after changing by the Agency of prognosis on rating of debt liabilities of Russia in national and foreign currency from “stable” into “positive”. According to the Agency enior rating of Transneft depends on sovereign rating of the Russian Federation due to its nationality.
