As part of the Investment Porgram-2014, specialists of Penzaenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, JSC (a member of Rosseti Group of Companies) started reconstruction of 20.7 km long segment of 110 kV Penza-Lunino-1,2 overhead transmission line. At this moment, they install intermediate and anchor supports. The transmission line will be put into operation in Q4, 2014.
The 110 kV transmission line Penza-Lunino-1,2 provides electric power for traction substations of the 1st category consumer, Russian Railways, JSC (branch of "Kuybyshev Railways"). After reconstruction and commissioning of this power transmission line, Penzaenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, JSC, will provide a reliable power transit and power supply to traction substations, and will considerably improve the quality of power supplies to consumers of several districts of the Penza region.
