Introduction of more than 250 innovative solutions in 2007 enabled OJSC “TGC-9” to get an affordability of 6.5 million rubles.

Personnel of Pervouralskaya CHP (Sverdlovsk Region) is recognized the most active industry branch in innovative activity. There were introduced 108 innovative solutions in this TGC-9 branch. 46 employees out of 238 in Pervouralskaya CHP became authors of improvement suggestions in the last year.

Deputy Boiler-Turbine Shop Manager of Permskaya CHP-9 Sergey Vinogradov was recognized the best innovator of TGC-9. He made 18 rationalization proposals.

The Company awarded the nomination “The Best Young Innovator” to Yuriy Stupin, Supervisor at Krasnogorskaya CHP. He is the author of the two implemented improvement suggestions, which caused annual affordability over 500 thousand rubles.

The innovative proposal of power men from Sverdlovskaya CHP on cleaning inner surfaces of boiler pipes which increases heat emission saves fuel and money resources. This suggestion was recognized to be the most technically efficient solution of power men in the last year and became the leader in nomination “The Best Innovative Prposal”. At present moment its authors are engaged in further improvement of their technical scheme and have applied for a patent already.

Totally there were filed 266 applications for innovative solutions, inventions and useful models from 185 authors in the three regions of TGC-9 activity. 252 proposals were successfully introduced and brought an affordability over 6.5 million rubles by results of 2007.

The contest between the best innovators and inventors was hold in TGC-9 not for the first time and became a tradition already. Last year there was accepted a provision on rationalization activity, regulating organization of innovative work in the Company as well as rules of introduction and employment of the improvement suggestions. To support and activate technical creative activity of the workers TGC-9 helps authors of the innovations in documenting and introduction preparation of an improvement solution, manages control over inventors’ rights, assists in documenting for getting a patent if required. Authors of the rationalization proposals get a bonus, amount of which depends on the sum of affordability or other benefits, caused by the introduced innovation.
