Vilnius, 15 July 2008. On July 14, 2008 the first meeting of the new Management Board of Lithuanian Energijos realizacijos centras (ERC) took place.

The meeting participants elected Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC INTER RAO UES E.V. Dod the Chairman of the Management Board of Energijos realizacijos centras.

The new structure of the Management Board was elected at the General meeting of shareholders of Energijos realizacijos centras on May 16, 2008 upon finalization of the transaction which increased the share of RAO Nordic Oy in ERC from 18% TO 51%.

The newly elected Management Board of ERC comprises:

Evgeniy Vyacheslavovich Dod – Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC INTER RAO UES;

Vyacheslav Yurievich Artamonov – Head of the Trading Division of OJSC INTER RAO UES;

Ivan Olegovich Abramov – Director General of RAO Nordic Oy;

Jonas Garbaravičius – Chairman of the Management Board of Scaent Baltic;

Vidas Čebatariűnas – Commercial Director of Energijos realizacijos centras.

According to senior management of OJSC INTER RAO UES the joint team of power engineers from various countries would help strengthen the standing of OJSC INTER RAO UES on the domestic and international power markets.
