The subject of the dispute was the result of an unscheduled inspection of compliance of federal law requirements in carrying out the procedure of technological connection.
On May 16, in Vologda, the Fourteenth Arbitration Court  determined to leave unchanged the decision of the Arbitration Court of Pskov region from  March 5, 2011  about  invalidate the claims of the FAS  of Pskov region in respect of  “Pskovenergo”.
