On the 9th of May, to commemorate the 61st anniversary of the Day of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, JSC North-West Telecom will provide to veterans and disabled participants of the Great Patriotic War and to veterans and disabled participants of military operations:

for apartment telephone sets:

• free intrazonal phone calls (within the region) via the automatic and ordered system with the total duration not exceeding 10 minutes;
• free services of internal telegraph communication (within Russia).

Bills for the communication services will state the complete price of the services provided. To re-calculate the amounts, the bill for OJSC NWT's communication services, the passport and the certificate confirming the right to the privileges must be presented to the nearest clients servicing centers before 30.06.2006.

at OJSC NWT's clients servicing centers:

• free intrazonal phone calls (within the region) via the automatic and ordered system with the total duration not exceeding 10 minutes, provided the respective certificates and passport are presented;
• free services of internal telegraph communication (within Russia), provided the respective certificates and passport are presented

Taking into account the significance of the holiday for all its subscribers, on the 8th and 9th of May North-West Telecom will reduce the rates by 20% of the day-off and holiday rates for the services of intrazone telephone communication via the automatic and ordered system from apartment phones and trunk-call offices, and for regulated services of internal telegraph communication (within Russia), including telegrams sent on the credit basis via telephone.
